Wondrous Stories The London Palladium

Wondrous Stories is a very ambitious show using 300 pupils and a 10 piece live band. Act One tells a total of 16 different stories; they range from Cinderella through Romeo and Juliet to The Ugly Duckling and Rasputin. As usual in Theatretrain shows, the stories are told through a fusion of drama, dance and singing and the songs go from Britney to the Kaiser Chiefs and Avril to Bon Jovi.
In Act Two everyone comes together to tell the story of Tommy; the boy who became deaf, dumb and blind but eventually found the road to enlightenment via a
pin ball machine.
I Don’t Feel Like Dancing! Royal Albert Hall

This ambitious show focuses on dance and movement skills. It begins with the Scissor Sisters and Snow Patrol and works its way through a variety of dance styles and forms; Hip Hop. Street. Irish, Greek, Salsa, Carnival, Theatre and many more. There is also a focus on the work of Laban the theatre choreographer and teacher who devised 8 efforts of human movement. A spectacle built on the colour spectrum.
